Types of Arthritis

It causes pain throughout the body, and is a chronic disease.Mainly, the tendons, ligaments, and muscles are affected.Fibromyalgia is not as severe as the other types of arthritis,one can still go about life normally,but a person may experience migraine headaches and depression.One can combat fibromyalgia by eating turkey,cheese, milk, bananas, bread, etc.
