lol… who said drinking water is good for our health? Water is just water, drinking too much and it will kill us.

I heard people say “drink more water everyday”, so I did drank lots of water, until I get full stomach. I never knew that too much of water will lead to something negative.

Actually I would like to respond to what box has said.
Nearly 60 – 70 % of our body is water. Also water i s an essential thing for almost all the process taking place inside our body, especially removal of wastes through perspiration and urination. So drinking water is good for health

Drinking water is good for body but as everything else in access, water becomes harmful too.
The people are always told to drink lots of water as most people drink below avg amount of water good for our body but more than our capacity is harmful.
