source of protein and healthy fats and are very important for a vegan diet. They are low in carbs and have healthy fats. Walnuts for instance have less fat, lower carbs and high concentration of Omega 3 acids. This is one of the reasons why this nut has been favored by doctors and nutritionists for varied reasons. There are also those reasons like curbing hunger and bringing forth greater circulation that make these nuts really great. These are great tasting nuts and are good for the heart. Almonds are not far behind their health giving benefits, being high in Vitamin E which is good for the heart, skin and hair.
