Get vaccinated now to avoid bird flu in future, UK researchers suggest

Scientists from UK claim that a vaccine available right now can very handy to save lives in future bird flu endemic.
A shot against one strain of the disease that was given years earlier could boost the body immune system to battle with several bird flu strains in the coming years.
According to the researchers, at the time of the arrival of the disease “pre-vaccinated” people were given a booster jab and they were found quite well protected against the disease.
The study has been published in the New England Journal of Medicine.
