<p>These new findings remind us of the Age of Enlightenment and the law of conversation of energy the concept that has lost now in this fad-diet world.</p>
<p>According to which all diets have not been created as equal. Frank Sacks, who is a professor at Harvard School of Public Health, led that study and he says: “We have found in this study that diets are not simply about losing weight.”</p>

<p>The study was relatively large that included 800 overweight adults who were followed for two years.</p>
<p>The researchers found that apart from the macronutrient ratios, the patients shed the similar amount of weight during the follow up period of the study.</p>
