- The weight could be reduce by adopting various exercises such as jogging, jumping, stretching, body building, swimming etc.
- The weight must be reduced by adopting the yoga exercises.It would diminish the kind of fatness as well as the depression from the people.Today there are numerous centers of the yoga’s.The over weight people must adopt the yoga stratagem to control their fat and live a happy life.That is the most applicable method of the modern times.
