Excess Sleeping Patterns Could Ramble Stroke Menaces among Women
NEW YORK: Too much sleeping pattern among the middle aged women could enhance their menaces for strokes, according to the researchers of United States. The highest amount of stroke perils increased by 70 % was observed in women who slept about 9 hours per night, a reported published in the medical journal Stroke.
The connection between sleeping period and death has earlier been clarified in a number of researches, but the proofs of an involvement between sleeping patterns and cardiovascular illness has been decreasing, Dr. Jiu-Chiuan Chen, from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.
The latest research showed that almost 93,175 women by the age of 50 to 79 years old had registered in the Women’s Health Initiative investigation.
