Menopause Symptoms

Normally, 70 to 80 percent of women show the menopausal symptoms and these symptoms can get started before the arrival of the condition. These symptoms indicate the initiation of the transition period of menopause and last for different time in different women.

In some women, lifestyle changes may prove to be enough for them, for example, regular exercise, limited alcohol intake, quitting smoking and healthy diet. Other seeks for the hormone replacement therapy or other medical and herbal treatments.

Each woman has its own experience of menopause, but a close friend that has passed this stage may prove helpful in easing the difficulties that occur in the transition state. These internal changes bring about multiple psychological and physical symptoms which can be regarded as the symptoms of menopause.
