But instead of following the drugs, it is better to follow a proper diet for improving memory loss. Moreover, the foods do not come with any side effects and contradictions. Foods that contain antioxidants, vitamins, Omega 3 and iron are known to improve memory loss.  It has been established that the foods that contain antioxidants not only improve the immune system but also enhances the brain’s activities.

Vitamins are also known to be helpful in improving memory. Try to include Vitamin B, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C and Vitamin E in the diet as they boost the memory and concentration power.  It is known that B complex vitamins increase the production of red blood cells, which transports oxygen to the brain and other parts.  Try to include whole grains, berries, leafy greens, brown rice, milk and red meats, which are rich in B complex vitamins.
