Constant Headache

Constant headache is the most common disease or symptom that affects all age people across the world.

There are many reason for constant headache to occur like climatic condition, stress, constant exposure to sun, sinus, migraine etc. some people prone to attack  by headache  on daily basis, this type of headache is known as constant headache.

Understanding the cause for headache is very important because without knowing the causes we cannot stop this type of headache.

Migraine

Migraine is nothing but a headache that affects people all around the world. The exact cause for migraine cannot be detected but when compared to men most of the women are affected by this kind of headache. These  migraine  perform different action in different people ,some people  have mild attack that last for a couple of hours, for others it can be few days with constant irritating disorder that will affect  the daily routine activities of the people. Migraine can also cause other symptoms like nausea, vomiting, sensitivity towards the light are various other symptoms that can affect the people.

Headache Nausea

Headache is a sensation of the head. There is hardly a person on the earth who does not know what a head ache is. It is unpleasant and intolerable.

Studies so far evaluated till day indicates that about 50 to 90 percent of the people in several parts of the universe is suffering from head ache. Head ache is known to human rays from the time immemorial. The cause that it manifests is varied. One may get it from different sources, by fever, elevated blood pressure and migraine and it develops for reasons that it is not exactly defined.  This explanation helps in concluding the cause of head ache that differs by its mechanism by which it arises.

Apart from the primary causes there are certain secondary causes that develop the head ache. Many may or may not develop it due to secondary one. The causes of head ache are several and mostly include infectious disease, vascular and endocrine disorders.

Excess of everything is bad. To work for better life style and to achieve specific goals, one has to work really hard. But one becomes worried when he is unable to achieve what he expects or what is expected from him. These worries take the form of excessive stress, depression and distress if not managed properly. The heightened form of stress is termed as General Anxiety Disorder; GAD.

GAD is not a result of some specific stress condition, but it is the stress condition that arises from life’s mundane pursuits. These include worries about health concerns, work tensions, school work tensions, time keeping issue, issue of meeting deadlines, social and relation problems e.t.c. GAD effects a person’s health a great deal, and daily life becomes effected.

Why is GAD caused? A number of causes have been mentioned including genetics, unrealistic view of problems, genetics, brain problems and stress conditions around a person. Yet, the exact cause has not been found.

Nicotine use will develop a tolerance in the body. So the addict needs more and more drugs to get the same effect. There comes smoking addiction which is extremely difficult to quit. Anyway if you quit from smoking addiction, your body undergoes the health problems like headache, hunger, depression etc. It is known as “withdrawal symptoms”. This is because of withdrawal of nicotine from the body.

Harmful effects are produced in taking smokeless tobacco. Chewing tobacco will damage the gum tissue. The taste and smell sensitivity is reduced. They contain chemicals which cause cancer. The cancer may be in the mouth, larynx, esophagus etc.

A U.S. study concludes that overweight children and teens have to undergo more frequent and intense Migraines and the severity and intensity of these headaches can be eased by losing weight.

The study was carried out at seven pediatric headache centers and it noted that 34.1 % of patients were obese or had the risk of becoming obese. It was somewhat the same to the rates of obese in the general population of the teens and children.

The researchers examined the data collected on 913 migraines patients in the beginning of the study and after three and six months. They noticed a significant link between obesity and headaches.
