Gastric problems are the most common digestion problem worldwide. These can alter your lifestyle to all extends. With the addition of acai berry in your routine diet you can resolve your digestion related issues. Acai berry remove the wastes and toxins which cause gastrointestinal irritation while improving the gastric function.

Acai berry naturally contains fatty acid, physosterols and fiber, the three most important components for the proper functioning of the digestive system. These three components regulate the digestive system and abundantly found in acai berry.

Most of us do not know what is phytosterol? In simple words, phytosterols are the structural units of cell membranes. These blocks make the walls of the digestive tract stronger. They also perform detoxification and help quick absorption of the nutrients.

The second most important component is fibers that enhance acai berry benefits. Fibers enhance the peristaltic movements of food in the gut and absorb more food and water to make stool more bulky and leave less waste behind in the body. Regular fiber use also not let the constipation occur.

According to an American study, Alzheimer’s patients can be effectively treated by controlling a fatty acid level in the brain.

The researchers made some tests on mice and found that higher levels of the acid caused memory problems and behavioral changes in the brain.

A report in Nature Neuroscience says that fatty acid levels can be controlled via diet or drugs.

According to a UK Alzheimer’s expert, “the work is quite exciting and robust.”

In UK, there are more than 700,000 patients with dementia and some forecasts suggest that the number would be double within a generation.

In their study, the researchers from Gladstone Institute of Neurological Disease and the University of California examined fatty acids level in the brains of normal mice and compared them with genetically engineered mice with Alzheimer’s-like condition.
