According to a new study, people, who are more aggressive, may get more lard than less aggressive people.

Dr. Hermann Nabi, the lead author of the study, says in this connection: “the more aggressive men are, the higher their body mass index (BMI) is and that’s what we find in the follow-up period of this study.” BMI is used to determine whether someone has normal weight, overweight, underweight or obese.

The researchers examined data on more than 6,484 men and women who were taking part in a UK study of health and socioeconomic status. All the participants of the study were in 35-55 years age range. They started with measuring normal scale aggressiveness at the beginning of their study. Their BMI was determined at four different points during 19 years.

You have to do nothing to have love handles, pot belly and spare tires and in fact none wants to have them, then what’s the reason that there is an increasing number of people with such abominable gifts. Belly fat is one of the easiest things to have and one of the hardest to get rid of. However, it’s quite easier to avoid it if you are willing to care your diet and strictly follow your daily workout plan.  Whether they are men or women, the thing that really adds some life in their personality is their flat and fat-free belly. Contrarily if someone has charming facial features, but his/her overall appearance doesn’t support them, these features often feel ordinary and are unable to add charm in your personality.

You must keep in mind that six-pack we have to make and six-bag we get for nothing and it is easier to avoid six-bag than to develop six-pack. You need to work on the following two areas to get rid of avoid bally fat and develop nice looking and attractive six-pack abs.

Too much consumption of fructose, a type of carbohydrates, found in snacks, cookies, candies, soda etc, can block the action of leptin hormone which signals to the brain that the body has had enough to eat and enhance the risk of obesity, a University of Florida study of rats suggests.

Obesity has already been associated with leptin resistance, a long ago and multiple studies have expressed that, excessive use of fructose may be a significant factor in the U.S. obesity epidemic. This fresh study is the first one, relating fructose with leptin resistance.

The researchers experienced that, rats became leptin-resistant after six months with constant high fructose diet given to them. There were no sign which could express that leptin resistance was occurring, but the fructose-fed rats gained much more weight than rats that fed on fructose free diet, when both groups of rats were switched to a high-fat diet.

Perfect health can be attained only through a good diet. In order to achieve this state one should be peculiar in what he is eating. The foods which we consume should be rich in nutrients. Our body requires carbohydrates, fats, minerals, proteins, fats, vitamins, iron, calcium, salt etc in sufficient amount to keep us healthy.

The food can be primarily classified into four main categories.

  • Carbohydrates and fats
  • Proteins
  • Mineral Salts
  • Vitamins

Carbohydrates and fats provide the major portion of energy required by our body. The major part of energy is consumed for maintaining the correct body temperature. About 3/4th of the energy produced, itself is required for this purpose. The remaining energy is used by the muscles, both internal as well as external. Fats act as a shield which protects the organs from all kinds of injury and it also allows the storage of energy for future. However over consumption of these food items leads to over weight.

Nowadays, a large number of over weight people have got quite serious to control body weight as they want to improve their health and appearance. They are using diet pills, enrolling themselves in different weight loss and diet programs and spending hours in gyms to shed extra pounds. It is also a sad fact that due to lack of awareness in weight loss these people are not guided in a proper way.

  1. There are no fixed patterns of quick weight loss, but you can take some of the diet pills (enormously defective for your health) as they have contained a lot of side effects such as abdominal pain, fatigue, dizziness, dehydration, lack of hunger, irritation, sleep disturbances, bleeding, high blood pressure, constipation, heavy amount of urination, kidney impact, liver contraction, mood swings, etc.
  2. The medications like diet pills are somehow better to use in extreme conditions of obesity, but surely recommended by a well-known medical physicians.
  3. The most recommended and widely accepted diet pills are Proactol, Proshape RX and Hoodia Gordonii Plus as these medications that don’t have any of the side effects.
  4. The best pills are the food supplements which emphatically reduce the obesity and don’t cause any influence in the human body. This prescription is to eat fruit, vegetables, 3 ½ ounces of protein at daily meal for woman, 6-8 ½ ounces of protein for man, Grains, garlic, onion, white boil fish, and salads, etc.
  5. Butter is much influential for you instead of Margarine as butter is purified and has less fatness than the margarine.
  6. Gatta avoid of red meat as much as you can as this is extremely fatty and dangerous to your health.
  7. Doing regular exercise at early in the morning daily would be the best ploy for you in reducing all sorts of fats around your body. These exercises should be consisted of 30 minutes brisk walking, jogging, stretching, sprinting, weight lifting, swimming, etc.
