Cherries, one of the nutritious fruits rich in taste has plenty of health benefits to people. After many researches don over cherries it has been said that cherries is an effective fruit and can be use as treatment against cancers. It is rich in minerals, vitamins etc offering a healthy life. A lot of nutrients and other compounds present in cherries are beneficial such for heart disease, improves mental strength and even relieves from joint pains and lots more.

Cherry is best for those who prefer to reducing their body weight because it is low in fat and calories with high percentage of water. Consumption of low calorie food with increased metabolism acytivity like exercising and walking will definitely increase metabolic rate and at the same time boost energy level in body. This will result in curing of fatigue and stress problems which has become the most disturbing disease.

Causes of Belly Fat

In a recent survey peopled where asked what part of the body they like? Majority shouted “belly!” but the concern over a muscle pack flat belly is far than simply looking good in the swimming costume.

Researchers have founded that belly fats elevate the risk of diabetes heart disease and several types of cancers.

Perhaps all of us know the fact, lack of physical workout, fast food and beverages add inches to our midsection but few know that a stress of giant project, lack of sleep and trans fat hidden in your snacks can also expand you tummy.

If we break the natural rule that is “burn the calories equivalent to the energy you eat,” you started to store fats in the different regions of the body such as thighs, buttocks and belly. This fat storage leads to ever growing problem “obesity.”

34% of American Adults are Obese

The number of obese adults in America is much more than the number of those who are simply overweight in accordance to the latest statistics generated by the federal government.

The National Centre for Health Statistics has posted some numbers and according to them nearly 34% of American adults are adults as compared to 32.5% of those who are overweight. It is considered that only 6% of those could be called “extremely obese”.  The NCHS also added that more than one-third of the adult American population or approximately over 72 million people were obese in the year 2005-2006.

These numbers were generated on the basis of a survey where 4356 adults who happen to be above the age of 20 took part in this government health survey, confirmed the NCHS which is also the part of Centre for Disease Control and Prevention. These figures come from the survey conducted in 2005-2006 which is the most recent of all.
