Liver Cirrhosis may also harm heart and brain

According to a new study, Liver Cirrhosis related inflammation may also cause heart rhythm, neurological and cognitive problems in liver cirrhosis patients.

Nearly 25,000 people in the US become the victim of death because of liver cirrhosis every year and often hepatitis C and alcohol abuse lead to liver cirrhosis.

Usually, in this disorder the liver gets damaged and fails to filter toxins in a proper way. Liver Cirrhosis sufferer also prone to heart rate problems and this condition is known as hepatic encephalopathy and this condition occurs higher amounts of unfiltered toxins reaches the brain. This condition can affect mental as well as physical performance.

Researchers from Royal Free Hospital and University College London say that all these three conditions relate to high systemic inflammation.
