It burns the fats of body which are linked to cardiovascular exercises. Aerobic exercise makes the muscles strong and keeps the heart healthy. Aerobic exercise is pretty much beneficial to keep lung, heart and muscles healthy. It also improves mental health and gives immense energy.
Types of aerobic exercise
Aerobic exercise includes brisk walking, jogging, stretching, swimming, biking as well as cross country skiing. It also involves the exercises such as racquetball, downhill skiing, weight lifting, running, softball, soccer and football.
Healthy heart
Aerobic exercise builds a strong heart. It maintains the maximum level of oxygen in the body and discharges the carbon dioxide. The breathing system becomes fitter and fitter by working on aerobic training. It sustains the healthy rhythmic heart rate which keeps less than 60 beats per minute. Normally, the heart pumps more or less 70 times a minute and about a hundred thousand (100,000) thumps a day. The healthy heart beats around 40 times a minute and around sixty thousand (60,000) pumps a day. So, it shows healthy heart and good physical strength.
