Cemetery found in Sahara - revealing two civilizations

WASHINGTON - A woman with two kids was laid to rest on a bed of pot-pourri 5,000 years ago which is now situated in the barren Sahara Desert. The small arms of the children were still in embrace position to the woman when researchers discovered their skeleton in an outstanding cemetery that is providing sings of two civilizations that lived there centuries ago, when the region was fertile.
Paul Sereno of the University of Chicago and colleagues were looking for the fossils of dinosaurs in the African country of Niger when they find cemetery.
Around 200 graves of humans, remains of animals, large fish and reptiles were found during search in 2005 and 2006.
